Initiating a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at innersy@innersy.net. Once your return request is approved, we will send you detailed instructions on how to send back your items. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refund Eligibility
INNERSY's policy is to issue a refund for qualified orders returned in original, unused condition within 30 days of the shipment confirmation date. Items must be unworn and tags must be attached. Used items are not eligible for return.
Shipping Fees
For returns due to reasons such as sizing issues or personal preferences, we will refund the product amount only, excluding shipping fees and taxes. Return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund automatically. If your refund is less than the shipping cost, the return shipping fee will be charged to your original form of payment once your return is processed.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, you must go through our return process and place a new order. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless your item(s) were damaged, defective, or not what you ordered. Refunds for used products will only be issued if defective.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
