Returns & Exchange Policy

1.Initiating a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at innersy@innersy.net. Once your return request is approved, we will send you detailed instructions on how to send back your items. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

2. Refund Eligibility

INNERSY's policy is to issue a refund for qualified orders returned in original, unused condition within 30 days of the shipment confirmation date. Items must be unworn and tags must be attached. Used items are not eligible for return.

3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

4. Shipping Fees

For returns due to sizing issues or personal preferences, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund automatically. If your refund is less than the return shipping fee, the remaining fee will be charged to your original payment method.

5. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be refunded via your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.

7. Non-Returnable Items

(1) Discounted items and hygiene-related products are not eligible for return.
(2) Gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. If a package is lost or undelivered due to an incorrect address, INNERSY will assist in contacting the courier but cannot be held responsible.

9. Unauthorized Returns and Damaged Returns

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Items returned in used or damaged condition will not be refunded and may not be sent back.
