EASY CARE:
For long-term use, we highly recommend that you hand-wash them and hang dry. If you are in a rush, machine wash is a choice as well. (Note: Rinse first if there is a flow on your panties.) Wash them with your load of laundry in cold water. DO NOT bleach or use fabric softener. And no dryer.
Returns Policy
INNERSY’s policy is to issue a refund for qualified orders returned in original, unused condition within 30 days of your shipment confirmation date. Items must be unworn and tags must be attached. Kindly note that used items are not eligible for return.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
